Who provides PixelXray

The free scan

• You can scan any public website. The scan is free and needs no account.
• Fair use: we limit how many scans one visitor can start, and how many times one site is scanned in a day. We may refuse or stop scans that look like abuse.
• Do not use the scan to attack, overload or probe a site. It loads only public pages.

Accounts

• You sign in with a link we email to you. Keep your mailbox safe: whoever opens the link can use your account.
• An account belongs to an organisation. Its owners can invite members and manage billing. Members of an organisation can see its sites. The organisation is responsible for the sites it adds.
• You can delete your account by emailing [contact email].

Acceptable use

• Only add and scan sites you own, run for a client, or have permission to scan.
• You can prove you control a site with a DNS record or a meta tag. Recorded journeys are not built yet. If we build them, they will run only on verified sites.
• Do not use PixelXray to overload a site, to probe it for weaknesses, or to resell our reports as your own tool.
• Site owners can ask us to stop scanning their site: see contact. We may then refuse the domain.

What we scan and why

The scanner opens public pages in a real browser and records which tracking requests the page makes. It never logs in, never submits personal data and never completes a purchase. Unverified sites get public pages only, and we respect robots.txt. We do this to show site owners what their site sends to ad platforms. See methodology.

Subscriptions

• Pro and Agency are monthly subscriptions. Prices and limits are on the pricing page, in EUR, with tax added where it applies.
• Payment runs through Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
• A subscription renews every month until you cancel.
• If a plan has fewer sites than you have added, the extra sites are paused, not deleted.
• We may change prices for new billing periods. We will email you before a change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.

Cancellation and money-back guarantee

• Cancel any time in Billing. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free.
• Money-back guarantee: if you change your mind within 30 days of paying, reply to your receipt or email [contact email] and we refund the payment. You do not need to give a reason.

No guarantees about results

• A report describes what one visit saw, from one location, at one time. Sites can look different to other visitors.
• A scan can miss things, such as tools served from a site's own domain. Every report lists what it could not check.
• What a scan sees after a reject is an early check. It is shown in reports and is not alerted.
• An alert means two scans in a row saw a change. It is not a promise that nothing else changed, and a missing alert does not mean nothing changed.
• We give no promise that a report is complete or that a site will behave the same tomorrow.

Observation, not advice

Reports and alerts state what we observed. They are not legal advice, and they do not say whether a site follows any law or platform rule. Ask a qualified adviser for that.

Planned features

Features marked as planned, such as the snippet for real visitor traffic, are not built. They are not part of any plan, and we promise no date. Pre-orders are closed. See the notice for earlier pre-orders.

We may change these terms. The date of the latest change will be shown here once the terms are in force.
